Our team of professional engineers and NABCEP certified designers create all the necessary planset documentation for permitting, utility submittal, construction, and “As Built” documentation using the 30-60-90 design process.

We provide effective project management services, which include utility and permitting submittal services, to ensure that all of these pieces work together to meet the customer’s expectations and achieve their profitability objectives. Our structured methodology ensures that every step is completed in a timely manner with progress reporting to both our client and their customer.

The first step in our engagement with a client is usually to assess the feasibility of a project. This includes an assessment of site conditions, local government regulations, incentives and utility requirements. The first step involves reviewing 24 months of electrical usage, preparing an initial solar array performance model, developing a project budget, and preparing a financial analysis. Using Energy ToolBase, this analysis includes the application of all incentives, electric rate escalation, benefits of using battery storage, and financing options. The resulting deliverable is a document specific to your project that provides a summary of your options alongside a detailed cash flow analysis demonstrating how the project will pay for itself.
Evaluating the impact of PV glare is important to the FAA, local zoning and regulatory agencies when locating a solar array can be potentially hazardous to aviation, motorists and other observers. Utilizing analysis tools from ForgeSolar we evaluate glare compliance, optimize the PV array design for maximum output and minimum glare, and deliver an industry specific report.
